By creating an account or using Libriv, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Premium Subscriptions

• Libriv offers a premium subscription that unlocks features like displaying Genre Mastery titles on your profile and removing ads.
• Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

4. Content and Conduct

• You may not use Libriv for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to "cheat" the Genre Mastery system or bypass security rules.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community standards.

5. Intellectual Property

The Libriv name, logo, and app code are the property of Libriv. You may not copy or redistribute our intellectual property without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Libriv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
